第一部分：服務條款 (Terms of Service)

歡迎使用「海灣星語 Start Bay Camping Club」（下稱「本會」）。閣下瀏覽本網站、使用本會服務或進行預訂，即表示閣下已詳細閱讀、完全理解並同意受本條款約束。

• 所有營地預訂及活動報名均需全數預付以作確認。
• 確認後的預訂不設轉讓予第三方。

• 為確保營地資源妥善安排，所有預訂確認後恕不設退款。敬請閣下在預訂前細閱相關日期與安排。任何個人原因或不可抗力因素（除本條款另有規定外）均不獲退款。
• 如遇八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告，本會將安排活動延期，但不設退款。
• 本會保留因特殊情況（如場地維修、突發事故）取消或更改活動的最終權利，屆時將提供替代方案。

• 基本義務：參加者必須遵守營地規則及工作人員指示，注意安全。請自備所需裝備及個人物品。
• 監護責任：18 歲以下之小童及青少年須全程由成年監護人陪同及照顧，監護人須對其在營地內的一切行為、安全及所造成的任何損毀負上全責。營地工作人員主要負責場地運作與支援，無法提供兒童看護服務。
• 寵物責任：攜帶寵物之參加者須確保寵物已領有適當牌照及接受必要的疫苗接種。在公共空間及非指定區域，寵物必須時刻繫上牽引繩或放置於寵物籠/車內；主人必須即時清理寵物的排泄物，並確保寵物不會滋擾其他營友。如寵物對其他人士或財物造成任何傷害或損失，主人須承擔全部法律責任及賠償責任。
• 責任免除：因參加者個人疏忽、違規或疏於監管（包括對隨行小童及寵物的監管）導致的損傷或財物損失，本會概不負責。

第二部分：免責聲明 (Disclaimer)

使用本會場地及參與活動存在戶外活動固有風險（包括但不限於天氣、地勢、野生動物等）。閣下參與活動即表示同意承擔一切相關風險。

• 本人確認自願參與活動，並同意於活動期間、往返途中或因未能完成活動所導致之任何意外、傷亡、財物損毀或遺失，本人願負全責。本會及相關人員毋須承擔任何法律責任或賠償。若本人於活動期間發生事故致使本會產生額外開支，本人同意全數賠償本會。

• 本會並無提供貴重物品寄存服務。所有個人財物（包括攜帶或放置於場地內之貴重物品）均須由閣下自行負責看管。如有遺失、盜竊或損壞，本會概不承擔任何責任，不論該等損失是否因疏忽或其他原因所致。

• 閣下同意本會將活動期間拍攝之影像（照片／錄像）、聲音（錄音／影片）或分享故事用於推廣活動（如網站、社交媒體、出版物）。本會承諾，在發佈相關素材時，將不會顯示參加者之面部及車牌號碼。

• 參與者確認自身（及同行者）具備適應戶外露營及相關活動之生理與心理條件。若閣下或同行者患有任何嚴重隱疾、長期病患或突發性疾病，本會強烈建議在參與前先諮詢專業醫生意見，並自行評估戶外活動之風險。
• 若閣下在已知悉自身或同行者有上述健康風險或不宜參與的情況下仍堅持預訂及入營，即代表閣下自願完全承擔一切因此而引發之身體不適、病發、意外、醫療緊急情況或法律後果，本會及相關人員概不承擔任何法律責任或賠償。

第三部分：隱私政策 (Privacy Policy)

本會高度重視閣下的私隱權，並嚴格遵守香港法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》。

• 我們收集之個人資料（包括姓名、電話、電郵、出生日期等）僅用於處理營地預訂及套票訂單、管理會員會籍、核對生日優惠資格、以及客戶服務。
• 預訂或註冊時登記之出生日期僅用作核對生日優惠資格，一經登記不設更改。

• 我們不會將個人資料出售予第三方作推銷用途。資料僅會在必要時提供予協助營運的第三方服務供應商（如付款平台、系統維護商），並受嚴格保密協議及相關法律規定規管。
• 本會採取適當的電子及實體保安措施，防止資料未經授權被查閱、處理、刪除或作其他用途。

• 本網站使用 Cookies（包括必需、分析、功能及定位 cookies）以優化閣下的瀏覽與預約體驗。

Part 1: Terms of Service

Welcome to "Start Bay Camping Club" ("the Club"). By browsing our website, using our services, or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

• All campsite bookings and event registrations must be fully prepaid for confirmation.
• Confirmed bookings are non-transferable to third parties.

• To ensure proper arrangement of campsite resources, all bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Please review your dates and arrangements carefully before booking. No refunds will be issued for personal reasons or force majeure events (unless otherwise specified herein).
• In the event of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the Club will arrange for rescheduling, but no refunds will be provided.
• The Club reserves the final right to cancel or modify events due to special circumstances (such as venue maintenance or emergencies), in which case alternative solutions will be offered.

• Basic Obligations: Participants must comply with campsite rules and staff instructions, and exercise personal safety. Please bring your own gear and personal belongings.
• Guardianship: Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult guardian at all times. The guardian shall be fully responsible for their behavior, safety, and any damage caused within the campsite. Campsite staff primarily handle operations and support and do not provide childcare or babysitting services.
• Pet Responsibilities: Participants bringing pets must ensure that pets are properly licensed and vaccinated. In public and non-designated areas, pets must be leashed at all times or kept in pet crates/trolleys. Owners must clean up pet waste immediately and ensure pets do not cause a nuisance to others. Owners bear full legal and financial responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pets.
• Exemption from Liability: The Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from personal negligence, rule violations, or lack of supervision (including the supervision of accompanying minors and pets).

Part 2: Disclaimer

Participating in activities and using the campsite facilities involves inherent outdoor risks (including but not limited to weather, terrain, and wildlife). By participating, you agree to assume all related risks.

• I confirm that I participate voluntarily and agree to bear full responsibility for any accidents, casualties, property damage, or loss incurred during the activities, during transit, or due to failure to complete activities. The Club and its personnel shall be exempt from any legal liability or compensation. If my actions or accidents during the event cause extra expenses to the Club, I agree to fully indemnify the Club.

• The Club does not provide safe deposit box services. All personal belongings (including valuables brought to or placed within the campsite) must be looked after by yourself. The Club accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of negligence or other causes.

• You agree that the Club may use images (photos/videos), audio (recordings), or shared stories captured during the event for promotional purposes (such as websites, social media, and publications). The Club commits that participant faces and vehicle license plate numbers will not be displayed in such published materials.

• Participants confirm that they (and accompanying persons) possess the physical and psychological fitness required for outdoor camping and related activities. If you or any accompanying person suffer from any severe underlying conditions, chronic illnesses, or sudden medical conditions, the Club strongly advises consulting a professional doctor beforehand and assessing the outdoor risks independently.
• If you proceed with booking and entry despite knowing such health risks or unsuitability, you voluntarily assume all physical discomfort, medical emergencies, accidents, or legal consequences arising therefrom. The Club and its personnel shall bear no liability or compensation.

Part 3: Privacy Policy

The Club highly respects your privacy and strictly complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

• Personal data collected (including name, phone number, email, date of birth, etc.) is used solely for processing campsite bookings and package orders, managing membership rights, verifying birthday promotion eligibility, and customer service.
• The date of birth provided during registration or booking is used strictly for birthday promotion verification and cannot be changed once registered.

• We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data will only be shared with necessary operational third-party service providers (such as payment platforms and system maintainers) under strict confidentiality agreements and legal compliance.
• Appropriate electronic and physical security measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, processing, deletion, or other uses.

• This website uses cookies (including essential, analytical, functional, and targeting cookies) to optimize your browsing and booking experience.
• You may choose to block or reject cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the website.
