－ Groups are advised to assign members to help clean up the site to avoid late check-out surcharges.
－ Late check-out: Surcharge HK$100 per 2 hours (calculated per 2-person unit).

1. 如需更改預約日期，請最遲於原定抵達日期 前三小時 透過電郵或 WhatsApp 通知我們，以本會成功收到通知之紀錄為準。
2. 會員每年可享 三次免費更改服務；其後每次更改將收取行政費港幣 $100 元。
   ＊請注意：新的預約日期必須於原定日期起計 7 天內 提供。
3. 如原定抵達日期為 18:00 或之後，而會員未有按時通知改期，該訂單將視作 如期進行，恕不提供任何改期安排。

1. To change your booking, please notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the scheduled arrival date. The Club's receipt of notification shall prevail.
2. Members are entitled to 3 free changes per year; thereafter, an administrative fee of HK$100 applies per change.
* Note: The new booking date must be within 7 days of the original date.
3. If the scheduled arrival is at or after 18:00 and no timely change notice is given, the booking will be treated as confirmed as scheduled and no rescheduling will be offered.

• 避免夜間敲打裝備、易產生噪音的行為；
• 靜音時段規定（22:00～7:00） 請降低談話音量，嚴禁喧嘩、大笑、歌唱等行為，禁止使用任何形式的外放音響設備（手機、音樂、影片等須改用耳機或靜音）及關上大光燈，即使場地無人時仍須遵守，共同維護自然寧靜氛圍。【敬請自律】。管理員會友善提醒，屢勸不聽者，可能被要求離開，所繳費用不予退還。

▸ Quiet Hours (22:00–7:00): Please keep voices low. No loud talking, laughing, singing, or external audio devices (use headphones or mute). Turn off bright lights. Observe even when the site is empty. 【Please be considerate.】 Our staff will kindly remind you; repeated violations may result in removal without refund.

• 🚻 洗手間 / Washrooms: 如廁後請沖洗乾淨，衛生紙請投入專用垃圾桶。 / Please flush after use and dispose of toilet paper in designated bins.
• 🚿 沐浴間 / Showers: 冷熱水供應（食水由水務署提供）。個人清潔用品請自備，節約用水，珍惜資源，沐浴後請帶走所有個人物品。 / Hot and cold water provided (fresh water supplied by WSD). Please bring your own toiletries, conserve water, and take all personal items with you after use.
• 🍳 廚房間 / Kitchen: 使用後立即清潔，廚餘分類處理。 / Clean immediately after use. Please separate food waste properly.

1. 草地空間大小是根據人數及草地泊車之數量分配劃分，位置由場地分配，請勿擅自移動任何場地位置以免影響其他會友。
2. 請勿將滾熱的煮食爐具放置於草地上，包括蚊香盒。任何人若間接或直接損壞草地，無論任何理由，場地將按每平方尺收取維修費 HKD500，不足1尺按1尺計算。
3. 如未滿15歲，需由至少1位18歲或以上人士陪同。
4. 請家長自行看管同行之兒童的安全，切勿放任不理。若發生任何意外，本公司將不會承擔任何責任。
5. 會員須自行保管個人物品，如有遺失，自行負責。
6. 必須準備防蚊防蟲措施。
7. 必須奉行 Leave No Trace，場地不設垃圾桶，垃圾須自行帶走。
8. 租賃露營裝備需自行建設及收拾於原有包裝袋裡後完整歸還。如有遺失或損毀需照價賠償。
9. 只接受已登記會員及會員攜同之賓客，探訪者／訪客恕不招待。
10. 必須保持場地內清潔，不得砍伐及採摘花草樹木。
11. 若發生任何意外，請即通知職員協助處理。
12. 寵物必需佩帶有項圈及綁繩，不可放任其自由活動，以免跟其他動物發生衝突或走失。主人必須處理好寵物之排泄物。
13. 嚴禁在場地內賭博、醉酒或任何違反本港法律的行為。會員不得在場地範圍內隨意生火。
14. 吸煙者：必須自備小型隨身煙盒或防火煙蒂袋。禁止隨地丟棄：未熄滅的煙蒂可能引發野火，若造成火災，需負刑事責任與賠償損失。
15. 場地範圍禁止：使用放風箏、踩單車、玩滑板車、水蛋及水池。
16. 活動進行期間遇上天氣變化或意外事件，職員有絕對權力決定一切處理事宜，不得異議。
17. 所有已繳付之費用不設退款。

1. Grassland space is allocated based on the number of participants and vehicles. Do not move any equipment or furniture without permission.
2. Do not place hot cooking equipment or mosquito coil trays on the grass. Any damage to the grass will incur a repair fee of HKD500 per square foot (pro-rated).
3. Those under 15 must be accompanied by at least one person aged 18 or above.
4. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. The Club shall not be liable for any accidents.
5. Members are responsible for their own belongings.
6. Please prepare insect repellent measures.
7. Leave No Trace: No rubbish bins on-site. Please take all rubbish with you.
8. Rented camping equipment must be set up and returned in its original packaging. Any loss or damage will be charged at full replacement cost.
9. Only registered members and their accompanied guests are permitted. Visitors are not entertained.
10. Keep the site clean. Do not cut or pick any plants or trees.
11. In case of any accident, please notify our staff immediately.
12. Pets must wear collars and leashes at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.
13. Gambling, drunkenness, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Open fires are not permitted on site.
14. Smokers: Please bring a portable ashtray or fireproof cigarette butt pouch. Do not discard cigarette butts—unextinguished butts may cause wildfires and result in criminal liability and compensation.
15. Prohibited on site: kite flying, cycling, scooters, water balloons, and paddling pools.
16. In the event of weather changes or emergencies, staff have the absolute right to make all decisions. No objections will be entertained.
17. All fees paid are non-refundable.
